The victim said he was playing soccer at the ball field when the suspect stole his bike.
According to reports, the victim saw a Hispanic male drive his bike into an area of tall grass.
Witnesses told police the suspect lives on Fifth Street.
The stolen property was a red and orange BMX style bike.
