The Polk County Narcotics Enforcement Team executed a drug raid at 112 Floyd Mountain Circle, Rockmart today, Sept. 1.

Arrested in the raid were Lisa Dawn Pope, 42, of the Floyd Mountain Circle, and James Van Dover, 51, of 2050 Old Cedartown Road, Cedartown.

Both suspects are charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. Officials stated a meth lab was found on the scene.

Pope's Nissan Maxima was also seized in the raid.

Authorities said the investigation is ongoing.

and whats worse is that most people that do or sell drugs dont work they sit at home and get food stamps and a ss check. i think they should drug test anyone randomly at least once every three months and they must pass to get benifits!

Wasn't Dover arrested less than a year ago for the same thing? They don't serve time anymore for selling?
