At the Polk School District Board of Education regular session, Superintendent Marvin Williams honored retiring educators from the county each with a resolution and commemorative plaque.

Gladys Gibson, of the Polk Retired Educators (PRE), spoke on behalf of the honorees and the organization. PRE also provided refreshments.
