Frank Joseph Brown, 32, of 302 Morgan St., Rockmart, was arrested March 16 on charges of burglary, simple assault, both under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and theft by receiving stolen property. He was released on his own recognizance.

Craig Allen Waits, 26, of Fairview Road, Apt. 345, Rockmart, was arrested March 17 on charges of driving with a suspended license, theft by taking, and burglary of a business. He was released on a property bond.

Gabriel Kendall Ragland, 28, of 48 Crystal Creek Lane, Dallas, was arrested March 17 on charges of driving with a suspended license, windshield violation and suspended registration. He was released on a property bond.

Jeremy Wayne Fincher, 24, of 865 Aragon-Taylorsville Road, was arrested March 17 on charges of driving on a suspended license and driving on median. He was released on a property bond.

Tiara DeLauren Rogers, 24, of 28 Fairview St., Cartersville, was arrested March 17 on charges of six counts of deposit account fraud. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Luis Emilio Martinez, 30, of 171 W. Ellawood Ave., Cedartown, was arrested March 18 on charges of driving without a license and failure to maintain. He was released on a property bond.

Jesse James Wheeler, 29, of 78 Branch Road, Cedartown, was arrested March 18 on charges of theft by taking and criminal trespass. He was released on a property bond.

Carrie Ann Crowley, 18, of 930 Hightower Road, Cedartown, was arrested March 18 on charges of theft by taking and criminal trespass. She was released on a property bond.

Arthur Lee Thomas, Jr., 19, of 228 N. Bellview Road, Aragon, was arrested March 18 on charges of theft by taking, criminal damage in the second degree and criminal damage trespassing. He was released on a property bond.

Jessie Ray Haddock, 18, of 228 North Bellview Road, Aragon, was arrested March 18 on charges of theft by taking, criminal damage in the second degree, and criminal trespass. He was released on a property bond.

Richard Franklin Garner Jr., 46, of 1857 Lake Creek Road, Cedartown, was arrested March 18 on charges of insurance fraud and false report of a crime. He was released on a property bond.

Carolyn Crabb Garrett, 57, of 1857 Lake Creek Road, Cedartown, was arrested March 18 on a charge of insurance fraud. She was released on a property bond.

David Scott Rice, 27, of 268 McKibbon Road, Buchanan, was arrested March 18 on charges of aggravated assault, hit and run/failure to render aid. He was released on a property bond.

Kim Jarrell Philpot, 20, of 1285 Fairview Road, Rockmart, was arrested March 18 on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana. Philpot was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Bernardo Cisneros Carpio , 28, of 1347 Prior Station Road, Cedartown was arrested March 18 on charges of driving while unlicensed and child safety restraint. He was released on a property bond.

Hershel James Waddell, 30, of 320 Alford Ave., Rockmart was arrested March 18 on charges of battery under FVA, interfering with a 911 call, criminal trespass and unlawful actions. He was released on a property bond.

April Dawn Thompson, 36, of 320 Alford Ave., Rockmart, was arrested March 18 on charges of battery under FVA, interfering with a 911 call, criminal trespass, and unlawful action. She was released on a property bond.

Ricky David Smith, 47, of 7611 Highway 27, Buchanan, was arrested March 18 on charges of driving with a suspended license and under a hold for Haralson County. He was released on a property bond to Haralson County.

Bryan Christopher Smith, 25, of 190 Williams Road, Rockmart, was arrested March 19 on charges of 15 counts of forgery in the first degree. He was released on a property bond.

William Allen Brown II, 34, of 23 Cashtown Road, Aragon, was arrested march 19 on charges of criminal trespass and criminal damage to property in the second degree, both under FVA.

William Clayton Wilbanks, 37, of 501 Spruce St., Cedartown, was arrested March 19 on a charge of theft by conversion. He was released on a property bond.

Jeffary Lee Akins, 17, of 2000 Maple Ave., Rome, was arrested March 20 on charges of simple assault under FVA and criminal trespass. He was released on a property bond.
