Rockmart's hoop teams to host Sonoraville tonight

The Rockmart High School basketball teams will play a Region 7-AA crossover game tonight, Friday, Dec. 5, against Sonoraville.

The Lady Yellow Jackets will play first, tipping off at 7 p.m. against the upstart Lady Phoenix.

The Yellow Jackets, also off to a solid start, will host the Phoenix at 8:30 p.m.

After tonight's home game, Rockmart will play three straight on the road, not returning home until after Christmas.

Rockmart will actually have one more home game before Christmas. It's this Tuesday, 12/9/08, versus Adairsville. Then, the Fri(12/12) & Sat(12/13) games will both be away at Calhoun & Gordon Central. Please come out and support your Rockmart HS Yellow Jackets!
