Appliances, electronics reported stolen

A Silver Creek resident reported that several items were stolen from a home over the weekend.

According to Floyd County police reports:

The complainant on Donahoo Road told police that sometime Friday or Saturday, an unknown person apparently entered the home. A number of items were reported stolen, including a General Electric refrigerator, a stove unit, a Dell desktop computer, a jewelry box with jewelry, a Toshiba television set and miscellaneous clothing.

The value of the items was estimated at more than $2,750.

Police are continuing to investigate the theft.
