On Feb. 6 from 3-5 p.m. FHF Hair Design on Main St. in Cedartown hosted a Family and Kids Day.

Children 6-12 from across the community gathered to create and decorate Valentine’s Cards.

Two or three cards made by each child and will be distributed at the Winthrop Senior Living center on Valentine’s Day by the FHF staff.

Supplies including glitter, glue, and much more were provided and children received a partying gift. Goodies were also provided.

and, kids doing the cards for the simple love of it is one thing. Then Headline-Hounds who do things out of the love of "Charity" but have to print everything in the Newspaper is nothing but Free Advertising! I think when a Business submits Soooooooooo many "Good Will" Storys to the newspaper, they should start charging advertising Fees after so many! I mean, hello! It really is Free Advertising!

"A bone to the dog is not charity. Charity is the bone shared with the dog, when you are just as hungry as the dog.”

Kids making cards for seniors is a good thing. Me knowing who the kids are is a good thing. Kids seeing their names in print is terrific.
