Aragon Police: Domestic disturbance led to molestation arrest

Aragon Police Department has issued its report on the arrest and allegations of Buddy Kelley, 42, of 108 Hicksville Road, Aragon.
Kelley was arrested Jan. 1 and charges of aggravated child molestation, false imprisonment and cruelty to children in the first degree for an alleged incident involving a 13-year-old girl.
According to the police report, officers responded to a heated domestic call at another Aragon address on Jan. 1. It was during the investigation of the domestic call that officers were told about the child molestation.
Reports state the molestation had occurred at Kelley’s home.
Kelley is also a suspect in an October incident of an alleged rape of an adult woman at his home. He has yet to be charged in that incident. Police said they are waiting on DNA results from the Georgia Crime Lab.

Remember Folks, Children are Innocent and we are here to protect them. Child Predators dont always look scarey! They are Not always known Criminals or Offenders. They often look as normal as you and me. They are our neighbors, friends, and Family. That is why they are so Dangerous. Because, we wouldnt normally think of them as Predators! That is why our children are at risk, because we trust them, or dont even acknowledge that they are a danger to us! We all as parents try our best to protect our kids, but sometimes you cant even imagine what someone you care about is capable of. That is why you should trust NO ONE with your child. Ladies, think about this. How well do you know this guy youre dating? Or Living with? Men, same question? Think long and hard before you subject your children to someone in your own home, boyfriends, girlfriends, nannies, babysitters, etc. You are ultimately resonsible for your child, and what he/she is subjected too! Be Proactive!
