Convenience store burglarized on Rockmart Hwy.

County police responded to a burglar alarm at the Southern Pride convenience store at 3124 Rockmart Highway after an unknown person broke a small hole in the glass and grabbed a number of items, reports stated.

According to Floyd County police records:

Around 2 a.m. on Sunday the person took a number of items, assumed to be calling cards, but never fully entered the store. No value for the items stolen or the repair of the damage was estimated in the report. No suspect was named in the report.
