Joe Morgan Carter III, 20, of 432 Chestnut St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 16 on a charge of theft by taking. He was released on a property bond.

Glenise Cordell, 65, of 387 Lindsey Chapel Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 16 on a charge of battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). She was released on her own recognizance.

Dennis Lamont Stocks, 45, of 44 Cantrell Road, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 17 on charges of aggravated assault, cruelty to children in the third degree, battery and criminal trespass, all under FVA, and reckless conduct.

Ashley Neil Carroll, 45, of 684 Harris Circle, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 17 on charges of aggravated assault and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was released on a transfer bond.

Latish Michelle Jordan, 35, of 113 Jordan Road, Hiram, was arrested Dec. 17 on a charge of driving with a suspended license. She was released on a property bond.

Arttie Lavele Price, 37, of 615 South College St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 17 on charges of burglary and theft by taking. He was released on his own recognizance.

Justin Lee Teal, 27, of 3183 Westwood Drive, Doraville, was arrested Dec. 17 on charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and disorderly conduct. He was released per the request of the Aragon Police Department.

Jose Mendez, 29, of 514 Seventh St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 19 on charges of DUI, failure to maintain lane, giving a false name, no license, resisting officers, open container, and failing to notify owner when striking vehicle. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Gerando Ramirez, 22, of 13 West Ave., Cedartown was arrested Dec. 19 on charges of failure to maintain lane and driving without a license. He was released on a property bond.

Joshua Keith Bolden, 19, of 1567 Bethlehem Road, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 19 on a charge of theft by receiving. He was released on a property bond.

Katie Marie Duncan, 17, of 987 Vincent Mountain Crossing, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 19 on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. She was released on a property bond.

Robert Charles Rappley II, 18, of 366 Amsterdam Way, Dallas, was arrested Dec. 19 on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was released on a property bond.

Willie David Jackson, 40, of 205 Howard St., Rome, was arrested Dec. 19 on a charge of driving with a suspended license. He was released on a property bond.

Jacob Henry Reece, 22, of 619 Coots Lake Road, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 19 on a charge of hunting without a license. He was released to Paulding County.

Stephen Ray Larkin, 25, of 216 Calloway Drive, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 19 on charges of driving while his license is revoked and hunting without a hunting license. He was released on a property bond.

Ashley Dawson Harris, 26, of 267 Roper Road, Aragon, was arrested Dec. 19 on a charge of forgery in the first degree. She has been released on a property bond.

Toni Elise Nichols, 37, of 96 Adams Road Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 19 on charges of failure to appear and a probation violation. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Nathan Eugene Gamel, 31, of 422 Jacob Trail, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 20 on a charge of public drunkenness. He was released on a cash bond.

Amanda Leigh Borders, 22, of 23 Walnut St., Aragon, was arrested Dec. 20 on a charge of obstruction of an officer. She was released on a property bond.

Nicholas Scott Taylor, 22, of 55 Harvest Lane, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 20 on charges of failure to yield for a funeral and driving with a suspended license. He was released on a property bond.

April Marie Lackey, 26, of 231 Wieuca Way, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 20 on a charge of first-degree forgery. She was released on a property bond.

Jeremy Lamar Allison, 28, of 459 Safe Harbor Drive, Dallas, was arrested Dec. 20 on a DUI charge. He was released on a property bond.

Chiquita Rena Poole, 30, of 127 Glenn Hetton Road, Temple, was arrested Dec. 21 on a charge of simple battery under FVA. She was released on her own recognizance.

Tabatha Sue Dawson, 28, of 4 Lee St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 21 on a charge of criminal trespass under FVA. She was released on a property bond.

Raul Junior Fuentes, 21, of 232 ﾽ Gibson St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 21 on a burglary charge. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Jeremy Wayne Fincher, 24, of 865 Aragon-Taylorsville Road, Aragon, was arrested Dec. 21 on charges of a hit and run of a fixture and DUI-less safe. He was released per the request of the Aragon Police Department.

Vincent Alexander Miller, 18, of 62 Beams Way, Dallas, was arrested Dec. 22 on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Dwayne Eric Nash, 49, of 705 Cooper St., Cedartown was arrested Dec. 22 on a charge of aggravated stalking. He was released on his own recognizance.

Jennifer Michelle Ford, 26, of 2565 Cedartown Highway, Lot 3, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 22 on a charge of possessing a synthetic narcotic. She was released on a property bond.

Marshelle Gewetta Ringer, 18, of 702 James St., Apt. B, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 22 on charges of aggravated assault under FVA, terroristic threats and acts under FVA, and interfering with calls to emergency personnel. She was released on a property bond.

Tony Lamar High Sr., 51, of 1473 Prospect Road, Aragon, was arrested Dec. 23 on charges of failure to appear in Superior Court, possession of crack, driving with a suspended license and improperly transferring license plate. He was released on a property bond.

Adrian Monroe McAlister, 27, of 170 Forsyth Road, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 23 on charges of theft by receiving stolen property. He was released on a property bond.

Mark Wayne Murphy, 41, of 36 Bennett Road, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 23 on a charge of simple charge. He was released on his own recognizance.

Juan Carlos Aguilor, 32, of 320 Avalon Drive, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 23 on charges of driving with a suspended license and speeding. He was released on a property bond.

Nicholas Allen Wynn, 26, of 565 North Marble St., Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 23 on charges of simple assault under FVA, possessing pills not in original container, and possession drugs across guard line. He was released on a property bond.
