Cedartown GDOL Career Center relocating; current site closes tomorrow

The Georgia Department of Labor announced today that the department’s Cedartown Career Center, presently located in Suite H at 321 West Ave. in Cedartown, will relocate to new facilities next week. The location for the new, state-of-the art career center is 262 North Park Blvd.

The present West Avenue facility will close at 12 noon on Wednesday, Jan. 13. The new career center will open at 7:30 a.m. the next day, Thursday, Jan. 14.

The career center is open to serve job seekers and employers from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The telephone and fax machine numbers will remain the same at (770) 749-2213 and (770) 749-2277, respectively. Mark Ezzell is the career center manager.
