Buddy Dewayne Kelly, 42, of 108 Hicksville Road, Aragon, faces charges of aggravated child molestation, false imprisonment and cruelty to children in the first degree for an alleged incident involving a 13-year-old girl.
He remains in the Polk County Jail.
Aragon police officials said the previous incident occurred Oct. 3 and involved an adult woman. Although, details remain undisclosed because of the ongoing investigation into both cases, police said both incidents occurred at the same place.
Aragon police officials said Kelley had not been arrested in the rape case because they were waiting on DNA results from the Georgia Crime Lab.
According to police reports, officers made a traffic stop after the October incident. The female driver apparently was taking the victim, who was in the back seat, for help. It was the driver who told police about the alleged rape.
At that point, reports state officers called off the traffic stop and began the rape investigation.
