Buddy Dewayne Kelly
According to jail docket reports, Buddy Dewayne Kelley, 42, of 108 Hicksville Road, Aragon, was arrested Jan. 1 on charges of aggravated child molestation, false imprisonment and cruelty to child in the first degree.
Aragon Police Chief Wayne Sanders said his department is handling the investigation. He said the victim is a 13-year-old girl, but he couldn’t provide any more details because it is an ongoing investigation.
