City Manager Jeff Ellis has announced that citizens who have business with the City can now use the convenient drive-through window.
"If you don't wish to get out of your car and have a bill to pay, use the entrance from Piedmont Avenue and drive through," he said.
Business hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Ellis said the cold weather has delayed some work at the project site. The police department and new library will be located in the complex at a later date.
