The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed according to the Polk County Jail docket book.

Kristian K. Pablon-Fidalgo, 26, of 179 Hickson Drive St., Stevenson, Ala., was arrested Nov. 29 on charges of speeding and driving while unlicensed. She was released on a property bond.

Joshua Paul Baury, 25, of 62 Bennett Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 29 on charges of driving while unlicensed, no registration, reckless driving, no proof of insurance and fleeing. He was released on time served.

Dorothy Mae Payton, 40, of 346 East Ave., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 29 on charges of terroristic threats and acts under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and simple assault. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Billy Wayne Pritchard III, 23, of 14 Magnolia Drive, Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 19 on charges of battery and cruelty to children. He was released on a property bond.

Byran Scott Wright, 48, of 1363 Grady Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 29 on charges of aggravated assault, discharging a firearm while intoxicated and possessing a firearm in the commission of a crime. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Joshua Keith Bragg, 23, of 1331 Floyd Road, Rockmart, was arrested Nov. 29 on a charge of methamphetamine possession. He was released on a property bond.

Joshua Lee Barnes, 27, of 146 Irwin St., Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 29 on charges of methamphetamine possession, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and possession of tools in the commission of a crime.

Daniel Dewayne Whitmore, 20, of 148 Gnatville Road, Piedmont, Ala., was arrested Nov. 29 on charges of hunting from a public road, hunting deer at night and hunting from a motor vehicle. He was released on a property bond.

Deven Scott Young, 19, of 700 County Road 263, Piedmont, Ala., was arrested Nov. 29 on charges of hunting big game from a public road, hunting deer at night and hunting from a motor vehicle. He was released on a property bond.

Michael Anthony Matthews, 19, of 1810 County Road 2, Piedmont, Ala., was arrested Nov. 29 on charges of hunting from a public road, hunting deer at night, and hunting from a motor vehicle. He was released on a property bond.

Teresa Ann Long, 45, of 115 Oak Hollow Way, Aragon, was arrested Nov. 30 on charges of theft by taking- auto. She was released on a property bond.

James Anthony Cerlini, 27, of 94 Benedict Loop, Cedartown, was arrested Nov. 30 on a charge of simple battery under FVA. He was released on a property bond.

Jose Horacio Vasquez, 40, of 439 Sixth St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 1 on charges of DUI, improper transfer of a plate, and driving while unlicensed. He was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Ashford Wayne Nettles, 30, of 715 West Church St., Rome, was arrested Dec. 1 on charges of obstruction, criminal trespass under FVA, criminal trespass under Georgia law, simple battery, battery and terroristic threats all under FVA, and three counts of cruelty to children in the third degree.

Jeffary Lee Akins, 17, of 1693 Abrams Road, Silver Creek, was arrested Dec. 1 on charges of obstruction, no license, failure to stop at a stop sign and giving false information. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Molina Arrison-Ramira, 36, of 1319 McKibbons St., #16, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 1 on charges of no Georgia driving license and failure to signal when turning. He was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Dawn Keaton Graham, 34, of 140 McClung Road, Hiram, was arrested Dec. 1 on charges of DUI, drugs (second offense) and two counts of failure to maintain lane. He was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Robert Edward Bell, 32, of 683 Old Carter Mountain Road, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 1 on a charge of simple assault under FVA. He was released on a property bond.

Franklin Jerome Chisolm, 39, of 301 Pryor St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 2 on a burglary charge. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Chadwick Scott Millican, 24, of 112 Pine Ridge Lane, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 2 on charges of possession of tools for the commission of a crime, felony possession of marijuana (more than one ounce), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He was released on property bond.

April Leigh Ballard, 28, of 115 Morgan St., Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 2 on a charge of deposit account fraud. She was released on a cash bond.

Jose Lindo Leon, 22, of 205 Smith St., Rome, was arrested Dec. 2 on charges of no license and no headlights. He was released per the request of the Aragon Police Department.

Lorengo Tolbert, 30, of 318 Central St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 3 on a charge of aggravated assault. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Anthony Dwayne Hurley, 43, of 301 Stubbs St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 3, on charges of aggravated assault, methamphetamine possession, drug possession with 1,000 feet of public housing, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and two counts of cruelty to children under FVA. He was released on a blanket bond.

Michael Todd Dean, 23, of 1109 Wyatt Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 3 on charges of interference with an emergency call and criminal trespass. He was released on a property bond.

Brent Marshall Meeks, 30, of 195 Browning Road, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of methamphetamine possession and possession of tools for the commission of a crime. He was released on $4,100 bond.

Fred Alonzo Snow Jr., 19, of 622 Jefferson St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of deposit account fraud. He was released on time served.

Dexter Elliot Brown, 31, of 1101 Briarlake St., Atlanta, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of speeding and expired license. He was released on a property bond.

Bradley Michael Williams, 22, of 338 South Cave Spring Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of theft by receiving and methamphetamine possession. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Magen Rebecca Reddish, 22, of 316 Spruce St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of theft by receiving and methamphetamine possession. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Larry Elijah Shell, 59, of 310 Thompson St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 6 on charges of battery under FVA and a probation violation. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Homer Carl Kalb, 45, of 100 Branham Road, Rome, was arrested Dec. 6 on a burglary charge. He was released per the request of the Aragon Police Department.

Alvia James Patterson, 57, of 90 Carolyn Path, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 6 on charges of burglary, aggravated assault, battery and criminal damage to property. He was released on a property bond.

Alford Evan Boddy, 69, of 411 Prior Street Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 7 on charges of 19 counts of theft by receiving and 20 counts of theft by receiving. He was released on a property bond.

Guy Robinson, 35 of 1177 Stringer Road, Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 7 on charges of battery under FVA, terroristic threats and cruelty to children in the third degree. He was released on a property bond.

William Neal Moss, 19, of 56 Wood Valley Drive, Dallas, was arrested Dec. 8 on a charge of battery under FVA. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Charles David Duncan, 28, of 694 Pickett Road, Silver Creek, was arrested Dec. 9 on charges of battery, aggravated assault and cruelty to children in the first degree, all under FVA. He was released on a property bond.

Clinton Wayne Turner, 38, of 1427 Coaling Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 9 on charges of false report of a crime and theft by conversion. He was released on a property bond.

Billy Wayne Summerville, 48, of 413 Berry Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 9 on charges of deposit account fraud. He was released on a cash bond.

Deanna Daree Enderle, 38, of 55 East Sixth St., Aragon, was arrested Dec. 9 on charges of theft by shoplifting. She was released on a property bond.
