The Cedartown Fire Department rushed to the scene of a burning van on Prior Station Road around 2:30 p.m. Monday.

The road was blocked to traffic as a single fire engine and firefighters worked to put out the fire. The older model van was gutted by fire.

There were no injuries reported in the incident.

No further information was immediately available.
