The following people were arrested by local authorities on the charges listed according to the Polk County Jail docket report.
James Van Dover, 50, of 2050 Old Cedartown Road, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of habitual violator, operating an unregistered vehicle, no insurance, manufacturing methamphetamine, methamphetamine possession, trafficking methamphetamine and tools for the commission of a crime. Dover remains in the Polk County jail.
Trixie Faye Wills, 29, of 628 Chubbtown Road, Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of deposit account fraud and four counts of forgery. She remains in the Polk County Jail.
Dara Maria Arp, 21, of 55 Wheeler Road, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of failure to maintain lane, DUI, and child endangerment. She was released per the request of the Aragon Police Department.
Eric Scott Johnson, 18, of 239 Turner St., Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 25 on charges of criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act, interference with government property and obstruction. He was released on a property bond.
William David Pittman, 22, of 2123 Tolbert Town Road, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 25 on charges of driving while license is suspended and no insurance. He was released per the request of the Rockmart Police Department.
Maria Concepcion Ingram, 35, of 51 North Avenue, Rome, was arrested Sept. 25 on charges of driving on a suspended license, violation of permit, taillights, and obstruction. She was released per the request of the Aragon Police Department.
Joshua Aaron Allen, 26, of 64 Peek Lane, Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 25 on charges of burglary and criminal trespass. He remains in the Polk County Jail.
Maria DeLourdes Torres, 47, of 317 Hannah St., Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 26 on charges of driving while unlicensed and failure to maintain lane. She was released on a property bond.
Alejandro Moran Martinez, 19, of 373 Fifth St., Cedartown was arrested Sept. 26 on charges of following too closely and driving while unlicensed. He was released on a property bond.
Brider Gonzales, 20, of 1411 East Ave., Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 26 on charges of driving with a cancelled registration and driving while unlicensed. He was released on a property bond.
James Keith Gaston, 18, of 160 Lowry Road, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 26 on charges of shoplifting and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.
Jorge Lewis Martinez-Aleno, 24, of 2407 Maple Road, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 26 on charges of driving while unlicensed and failure to maintain lane. He remains in the Polk County Jail.
Lazaro Carmona Luna, 37, of 367 Kings Court, Marietta, was arrested Sept. 26, on charges of DUI, speeding, and driving while unlicensed. He was released per the request of the Rockmart Police Department.
Adolfo Juarez, 35, of 207 Third St., Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 27 on charges of failing to maintain lane and driving while unlicensed. He was released on a property bond.
Michael Corey Strickland, 19, of 1580 Prospect road, Aragon, was arrested Sept. 27 on charges of obstruction and underage possession of alcohol. He was released on a property bond.
Jeffary Lee Akins, 17 of 251 Cave Spring St., Rome, was arrested Sept. 27 on charges of harassing phone calls, terroristic threats, criminal interference with government property, giving a false name, DUI under 21 years of age, and driving while unlicensed. He remains in the Polk County Jail.
Isaias Tomas-Ventura, 20, of 359 Fairview Ave., Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 27 on charges of no proof of insurance and driving while unlicensed. He was released on a property bond.
Ishael Cabrena –Escamilla, 32, of 44 Rocky Cove Trail, Lawrenceville, was arrested Sept. 27 on charges of driving while unlicensed and failure to maintain lane. He was released on a property bond.
Kathy Deanna Morgan, 44, of 2206 Cedartown Highway, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of shoplifting and probation violation. She remains in the Polk County Jail.
Pedro Vicente, 29, of 741 6 th St., Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 27 on charges of no license, no insurance and no tailights. He remains in the Polk County Jail.
James Thomas sharp, 32, of 930 East Pointe Road, Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 28 on charges of DUI, no insurance, and operating an off-road vehicle on a roadway. He was released on a property bond.
Kenya Nicole Jarrell, 18, of 8118 South Main St., Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 28 on charges of disorderly conduct and terrorristic threats. She remains in the Polk County Jail.
