The following people have been arrested on the listed charges according to the Polk County Jail docket book.

Jerry Crick Baker, 48, of 161 Happy Hollow Road, Rockmart was arrested Sept. 16 on charges of driving in violation of conditions on license and driving while unlicensed. He was released on a property bond.

Jerry Garcia Jr., 29, of 12100 South Main St., Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 16 on charges of expired tag and driving while unlicensed. He was released on a property bond.

Nancie Camilla Hodges, 25, of 415 Sciple St., Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 16 on charges of deposit account fraud and bad checks. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

David Mitchell Kerr Jr., 43, of 700 Lowry Road, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 16 on charges of DUI, open container, and failure to maintain lane. He was released on a property bond.

Mark Wayne Lee Bentley, 17, of 2649 Johns Lake Road, Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 17 on charges of reckless driving, impeding the flow of traffic, failure to maintain lane, and failure to stop in roadway. He was released on a property bond. Bentley was arrested again later in the day on charges of violation of bond for good behavior and aggravated assault. He now remains in the Polk County Jail.

Kenneth James Cochran, 42, of 310 Cobb St., Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 17 on charges of cocaine possession, theft by conversion, false reporting, and theft by conversion of motor vehicle. He was released on a property bond.

Jeffery Allen Bullard, 40, of 610 Oak Crest Drive, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 17 on charges of suspended license, reckless driving and two counts of failure to appear. He was released on a property bond.

Jerry Linn Dunham, 50, of 435 Lorvorn Road, Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 18 on charges of open container and suspended license.

Paul Donte Woods, 24, of 200 Forrest Court, Apt. 1, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 18 on charges of interference with 911 calls, cruelty to children in the third degree and false imprisonment. He was released on a property bond.

Chyna Aubre Stocks, 20, of 200 Forrest Court, Apt. 1, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 18 on charges of simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), and cruelty to children in the third degree. She was released on a property bond.

Corey William Iwanoto-Campbell, 21, of 1785 South Burnt Hickory Road, Douglasville, was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of DUI – more than .08, speeding, and suspended registration. He was released per request of the Aragon Police Department.

Johnny Wayne Ingram, 43, of 1710 Woodfall Road, Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of suspended license and speeding. He was released on a property bond.

Pedro Ramirez, 30, of 683 Slusser Ave., Cedartown was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of driving while unlicensed and no headlights while raining. He was released on a property bond.

Eleazer Roblero, 23, of 716 Summerville St., Boaz, Ala., was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of driving while unlicensed and failure to maintain lane. He was released per request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Michael Hugh Bentley, 47, of 1450 Collard Valley Road, Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of probation violation, failure to appear in Superior Court, and forgery in the first degree. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Elgin Eugene Morgan, 56, of 1209 Lees Chapel Road, Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of DUI – second offense, driving while license is suspended – third offense, open container, failure to maintain lane, and violation of headlight requirement. He was released per request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Jesse Ray Weaver, 25, of 770 Vinson Mountain Road, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of DUI and failure to maintain lane. He was released per request of the Aragon Police Department.

Joann Marie Carroll, 51, of 871 Bellview Road, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 22 on charges of DUI, expired license and failure to maintain lane. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Michael David Holtzclaw, 32, of 119 North Martel St., Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 20 on charges of battery and terroristic threats and acts under FVA.

Deidra Meshon Gibson, 28, of 557 North Marble St., Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 21 on charges of aggravated assault and criminal trespass. She was released on her own recognizance.

Ricky Lee Sample Jr., 22, of 112 Jones Ave., Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 22 on charges of cruelty to children in the third degree, simple battery under FVA, and criminal trespass. He was released on a property bond.

Erick Rodrian Guzman, 17, of 654 E. Point Road, Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 22 on charges of simple battery, cruelty to children and obstruction. He was released on his own recognizance.
