Cedartown wins fifth straight softball game

The Cedartown Lady Bulldogs picked up their second Region 6-AAA, south sub-region win of the year on Thursday when they defeated Cartersville 12-0 in four innings.

Cedartown flexed their muscles early, scoring eight runs in the first inning to build a quick 8-0 lead. The Lady Bulldogs added one run in the second inning, two in the third and one in the fourth.
