About Hightower Falls:

Hightower Falls is one of five locations included in this year’s Tour of Homes, hosted by the Antioch Baptist Church Women on Mission group.

Hightower Falls is a private group facility with a park-like setting on 100 acres and is available for special occasions. The facility is under the new management of Joy Clark.

The 80-foot cascading waterfall and circa 1850 stone gristmill ruins are tucked away in the North Georgia hills. The “Back Porch” building accommodates parties, weddings, reunions, business meetings, dinners, church groups and clubs. It is fully decorated, has a fireplace, dance area, kitchen facilities, and a view of the falls.

The “Cottage” is available for individuals or small groups of up to 25 people. Also located on the property are 12 camping cabins, each accommodating four persons. Bathhouse facilities and a large covered pavilion for outdoor activities are also available.

Picnic areas are dotted along the edge of the mountain stream; there are woodland trails for hiking and a recreational field is available for outdoor activities.

Tour the facilities at Hightower Falls on Sunday, Dec. 7, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

All proceeds from the tour will go to the Will Dabbs’ autism fund to help pay for therapy not covered by insurance. Tickets are $10, and can be purchased in advance, in Rockmart at The First National Bank and SunTrust Bank, and in Cedartown at The First Baptist Church and Bradfords Drugstore.

Tickets may also be purchased on Dec. 7 at Antioch Baptist Fellowship Hall.
