According to Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver, investigators Bo Jolly and Seth Rochester have recovered several stolen items from a theft in Polk County.

On Tuesday morning investigators were notified that an enclosed trailer and a vehicle were abandoned in a wooded area in the southern portion of Cherokee County.

Investigators recovered a 1997 Shadowmaster enclosed trailer and a 1967 Mustang Cobra along with furniture.

As police took a stolen property report from the victim, investigators contacted Polk County Police, who then notified the victim that his/her property has been recovered. The unidentified victim 'was relieved to know that some of their property was safely recovered.'

The trailer and vehicle were reportedly recovered in good condition and will be returned to the owner.
