The suspects are said to be Barbara Ann Roberts and Robert John Schiess III of Conyers, Ga.
Roberts, an employee at Inland Container in Rome, was thought to have been on the way to her home in Cherokee County when she was shot in the back of the head. Her body was found floating in a farm pond on property adjacent her property on County Road 941.
