Hodge named VP of State Baord of Education

Al Hodge, president and CEO of the Greater Rome Cham-ber of Commerce, has been named vice chairman of the State Board of Education.

Hodge has been the Rome area’s representative on the board since March 2003 when Gov. Sonny Perdue appointed him to represent the 11th Congressional District on the board that governs K-12 education in Georgia.
