In the fight against cancer, members of the Cedartown Police Department’s Relay for Life Warrant Squad will fan out through the city today to serve warrants on local residents and business people.

The City of Cedartown, as a part of the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life Campaign, has been hard at work planning fundraisers to help fight cance.

Today's Jail n' Bail is just one of the events taking place over the next few weeks.

If you get served with a warrant: Those who can leave with the officer will be transported to the city jail where they will have to pay a $10 bail to get out of jail.

Those unable to leave with the officer will have an option to pay a $20 donation and receive a get out of jail card.

All proceeds from this event go to the American Cancer Society.
