The Polk GED Graduation Ceremony, originally scheduled for August 23, 2007, will be canceled and rescheduled for another date due to air conditioning problems at the Rockmart campus of Coosa Valley Technical College.

Officials noted they regret any inconvenience to graduates and guests, but wish to insure everyone's comfort when they visit the campus.

Graduates will be further notified by telephone of the schedule change, and will receive letters regarding the new date as soon as possible.
