Parents head back to school

Parents attending a special event at Westside Elementary last week received helpful information from several kindergarten teachers. The event was geared towards parents of kindergarten-aged children. Teachers explained school programs and testing methods, as well as useful parenting tips. In the photo above, teacher Melissa Acker explains a few tips displayed on a projector screen to local parents. The event was well attended.
