Rain holds off for Cedar Valley Arts Festival

Lauren Lindsey and her dog Sidney enjoy the sunny weather during this year’s Cedar Valley Arts Festival. The pair rode a mini-train around Northwest Park Saturday morning. Forecasters had warned of bad weather, but rain showers steered clear of the festival.
