The following people were arrested and charged according to the Polk County Jail docket book. (Editor's note: This list was compiled Friday).

Kenyon Vonte Cole, 28, of 119 Liberty St., Cedartown, arrested April 28 on charges of battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and interference with an emergency call. He was released on a property bond.

David Anthony Annibale, 51, of 350 Paulding Dr., Apt. A4, Dallas, arrested April 28 on charges of failure to maintain lane and DUI. He was released per a court order.

Donald Lee Fletcher, 36, of 446 Pine Road, Rockmart, arrested April 28 on charges of cruelty to children and simple assault. He was released on a property bond.

Roy Lee Crumley, 56, of 42 Belk Dr., Aragon, was arrested April 28 and charged with public indecency and having an open alcohol container in public. He has since been released.

Johnny Andrew Edwards Sr., 44, of 1374 N. Bellview Rd., Rockmart, was arrested April 28 and charged with aggravated assault, battery under FVA, and cruelty to children in the first degree. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Michael Lamar Price, 17, of 558 E. Pointe Rd., Cedartown, was arrested April 29 on charges of simple battery under FVA, criminal trespass and obstruction of an officer.

Alejandro Juarez-Mendez, 31, of 398 5th St., Cedartown, was arrested April 29 on charges of too fast for conditions and driving with no license. He was released on a property bond.

Evir Roblelo Cifuentes, 30, of 457 6th St., Cedartown, was arrested April 30 on charges of failing to stop at a stop sign, and driving without a license. He was released per Cedartown Police Department.

Trevonte Lamar Smith, 18, 784 Brock Rd., Rockmart, was arrested April 30 on charges of simple assault, arson in the third degree, reckless conduct and criminal damage to property in the second degree. He was released on a property bond.

Joe Abimael Pacheco, 18, of 655 Slussel Ave., Cedartown, was arrested April 30 on charged of illegal window tinting and driving without a license. He was released per Cedartown Police Department.

Randy Ray Barber, 56, of 15 Sardis Rd., Rockmart, was arrested on simple assault and cruelty to children in the third degree. He was released on a property bond.

Joseph Lamar Woolfork, 51, of 404 Springdale Road, Rockmart, was arrested May 1 on charges of driving with a suspended license, DUI and failure to maintain lane. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Michael Jones, 54, 546 Fairview Rd., Rockmart, was arrested May 1 and charged with burglary, aggravated stalking, harassing phone calls, terroristic threats and criminal trespass. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Tina Marie Ellison, 34, 620 N. College Dr., Cedartown, was arrested May 1 on charges of possession of a scheduled II drug and possession of pills not in an original container. She was released on a property bond.

Ronald Lee Scoggins, 48, of 4248 Collard Valley Rd., Cedartown, was arrested May 1 on charges of public drunk, disorderly conduct and obstruction. He remains in the Polk County jail.

Raul Franco, 25, of 117 W. Gibson St., Cedartown, was arrested May. 2 on charges of DUI, driving without a license, and improper transfer of a license plate. He was released per Cedartown Police Department.

Victor Alonzo, 17, of 110 Watson St., Rome, was arrested May 2 on charges of DUI with drugs, failure to maintain lane, no license, and failure to yield. He was released per Aragon Police Department.

Ramiro Diaz Nolasco, 21, of 806 Jones St., Cedartown, was arrested May 2 on charges of driving while unlicensed and DUI. He was released per Cedartown Police Department.

Charles Everette Smith, 61, of 3232 4th St., Cedartown, was arrested May 2 and charged with DUI by alcohol, and DUI-less than safe charge. He was released per Cedartown Police Department.

Ruben Ramirez, 20, of 216 Atlanta St., Cedartown, was arrested May 2 on charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He was released per Cedartown Police Department.

Gregary Paul Lawrence, 30, of 426 Farmington Dr, Temple, was arrested May 3 on charges of DUI-less safe-alcohol, speeding, and failure to maintain lane. He was released per Aragon Police Department.

Tomas Andreas Perez, 56, of 246 Sixth St., Cedartown, was arrested May 3 on charges of DUI by alcohol, driving while unlicensed, cancelled registration and failure to maintain lane.

Marcus Lee McDowell, 19, of 1396 Stringer Rd, Rockmart, was arrested May 3 on charges of failure to maintain lane, failure to obey traffic control devices, driving on the wrong side of the road, DUI, and underage consumption of alcohol. He was released per Rockmart Police Department.

Patsy Jean Bowen, 51, of 25 Evergreen Lane, Cedartown, was arrested May 3 on charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

David Ronnie Jay, 38, of 3 W. Aragon Rd., Aragon, was arrested May 3 on charges of battery under FVA and cruelty to children in the third degree. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Maggie Marie Wheeler, 22, of 1313 Walnut St., Cedartown, was arrested May 3 on charges of theft by deception, theft by taking, deposit account fraud, and possession of marijuana-less than an ounce. She was released on a property bond.

Joshua David Pike, 26, of 176 Hampton Rd., Cedartown, was arrested May 4 on charges of possession of schedule II drugs, possession of prescriptions not in original container, and theft by shoplifting. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Andrien Matacome Carden, 28, of 538 Harris Circle, Cedartown, was arrested May 4 on charges of battery under FVA, and cruelty to children in the third degree. He was released on a property bond.

Scottie Lee Worfferd, 21, of 527 West Ave., Cedartown, was arrested May 4 on charges of battery under FVA, cruelty to children under FVA and criminal trespass under FVA. He was released on a property bond.

William Thomas Amamone, 26, of 70 Benedict School Loop, Cedartown, was arrested May 4 on charges of failing to maintain lane and driving without a license. He was released on a property bond.

Billy Eugene Darden, 52, of 1063 Morgan Valley Rd., Rockmart, was arrested May 5 on charges of simple battery under FVA and cruelty to children. He was released on a property bond.

Britai Nicole Cooper, 31, of 494 Jaranita Ln., Powder Springs, was arrested May 5 on charges of with violating open container laws, and allowing another to violate state law. She was released on a property bond.

Mark Alan Doss, 34, of 5710 Brown Rd., Powder Springs, was arrested May 5 on charges of with DUI, DUI - less than safe. failing to stop, open container by a passenger. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Jacob Johnson, 22, of 1242 Hightower Road, Cedartown, was arrested May 6 on charges of with driving under the influence and laying drags. He was released per the Rockmart Police Department.

Edgar Hank Fennell, 27, of 2458 Eastern Ave., Braswell, was arrested May 6 on charges of battery under FVA, and cruelty to children in the third degree. He was released on a property bond.

Charles Eugene Dyer Jr., 53, of 1066 Dunn Road, Silver Creek, was arrested May 6 and charged with driving with a suspended license and violating a headlight requirement.

Joey Eric Peru, 31, of 959 Old Summerville Rd., Rome, was arrested May 7 on charges of DUI-drugs, defective equipment and having an obstructed tag. He was released per Aragon Police Department.

Ricki Lewis Hill, 44, of 246 Canal St., Cedartown, was arrested May 7 on charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Albert Curtis Ware, 19, of 2649 Cedartown Hwy., Cedartown, was arrested May 7 on charges of simple assault, criminal trespass and terroristic threats and acts. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Leonicio Ramirez, 35, of 731 Central Ave., Trion, was arrested May 7 on charges of failing to maintain lane and driving without a license. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

German Ramirez Toma, 27, no address listed, was arrested May 7 on charges of simple battery and giving false information. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Jose Gabriel Perez, 18, of 211 Clyde Dr., Cedartown, was arrested May 7 on charges of hit and run-leaving the scene of an accident, giving a false name and date of birth, driving while unlicensed, and failure to yield after stopping at stop sign. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Akelius Vashunn Brown, 23, 408 Mountain Home Rd., Cedartown, was arrested May 8 on charges of driving on a suspended license and failing to maintain lane. He was released per Cedartown Police Department.
