On the bill are “Doc” Tommy Scott of the Last Real Old Time Medicine Show, Appalachian Ambassador of the Fiddle Randall Franks from television’s “In the Heat of the Night,” steel and Dobro pioneer Barney Miller, guitarist Butch Lanham, Atlanta Country Music Hall of Fame members Jerry and Helen Burke, Paul Puckett, Ronal Graham, actors J.C. Smith, Gary Knowles, Paul Stone, Andrew Stone, Angie Bridges, Ann Turnmire and others.
The show will be at The Colonnade, located at the corner of 264 Catoosa Circle off Old Mill Road near Battlefield Parkway.
The variety show will feature traditional secular bluegrass, folk and gospel music, Appalachian comedy and drama stories with traditional artisans sharing their crafts.
This Grassroots Arts Program is supported in part by the Georgia Council for the Arts through an appropriation of the Georgia General Assembly and administered by the Sixth Cavalry Museum.
Donations for tickets are adults: $5, Children 5 and under free with adult but child ticket is needed for a seat.
