JERUSALEM (AP) — Israel's prime minister is urging Europe to draw the "proper conclusions" from a Bulgarian investigation that found Hezbollah carried out a deadly bus bombing on Israeli tourists last summer in a Bulgarian resort.

Benjamin Netanyahu said Tuesday the investigation was "further confirmation" of Israel's belief that Hezbollah is a "global terror network."

Israel considers Hezbollah a terrorist group, but the European Union doesn't.

In a messaged aimed at the EU, Netanyahu said: "The attack in Burgas was an attack on European land against a member of the European Union. We hope the Europeans learn the proper conclusions from this about the true character of Hezbollah."

Days after last July's attack, Israel said it had intelligence linking Hezbollah and its patron, Iran, to the incident.
