She was born on Nov. 27, 1941 in Borough of Glen Ridge, N.J., the daughter of the late J. Theodore Koch and Harriet Todd Koch.
Ms. Downey is survived by sons, Glenn Hines, Aurora, Colo., Randy Hines, Cedartown and Trey Downey, Richardson, Texas; daughter, Cindy Downey, Lexington, Ken. and three granddaughters.
In keeping with Ms. Downey’s wishes she was cremated. A graveside and memorial committal service for Ms. Downey was held at West Point Cemetery in West Point, N.Y.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to one of the following, American Cancer Society, The Heart Fund or St. Jude in memory of her father, J. Theodore Koch.
