First National Bank of Polk County is “Painting Polk County Purple” in support of Relay for Life.

Purple bows are being distributed to local businesses in to support fund-raising efforts.

Purple is the signature color chosen by The American Cancer Society to represent the Relay for Life. Numerous local businesses in both Cedartown and Rockmart have been visited and have already purchased their bows.

Bows are $5 each and will be delivered on April 1, 2 and 3.

If you have not been visited and would like a bow, please call Charity Williams at 678-747-5352 or Holly Caldwell at 678-747-5248.

First National Bank in Rockmart will also host a bake sale on April 3 and a yard sale on April 4 with all proceeds benefiting Polk County Relay For Life.
