She was born on April 10, 1944 in Polk County, the daughter of the late Joe William Brewer and the late Lois Jewel Williams Brewer Weldon.
Mrs. Witcher was a former sales representative for Prestige Cable.
She was a member of the Euharlee Baptist Church of Euharlee, and for many years attended Fairview Baptist Church.
Mrs. Witcher was preceded in death by a daughter, Terry Lynn Witcher; son, Paul Chadwick Witcher and step-father, Richard Weldon.
Survivors included son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Beverly Witcher of Rockmart; sister, Deborah Garland of Douglasville; a granddaughter, a niece and nephew.
Funeral services were held on Friday, Dec. 28 at 2 p.m. in the Fairview Baptist Church with Rev. Clay Willis and Rev. Larry Ritch officiating. Interment services followed in the family lot of the New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery of Rockmart.
The following gentlemen served as pallbearers: Ronald McElheney, Jody Coalson, Mike Malloy, Johnny Hardin, Kevin Witcher and Eddie Witcher.
