He was born on Feb. 5, 1937 in Aragon, Ga. to his parents, the late John and Lucille H. Mullinax.
Mr. Mullinax was retired from the shoe repair industry and was a veteran, having proudly served with the United States Army.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Charles William Mullinax Jr.
He is survived by his daughter, Debi Jeane Mullinax; son and daughter-in-law, Michael Lamar Lackey and Michelle Leann Lackey and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside and interment services were conducted on Thursday, Oct. 18 at 3 p.m. in the Northview Cemetery with Bro. Mark Hanson and Bro. Charles Williams officiating.
The following Gentlemen served as pallbearers: Roy Mitchell Jr., Jerry Glass, Billy Lackey, Charles Short, Darryl Dawson and Jody Strickland.
