Pollen count is extremely high

Today's pollen count reached an extremely high concentration of 185 particles per cubic meter of air, according to daily measurements collected by the Atlanta Allergy and Asthma Clinic.

Predominant today are tree pollens, particularly cedar, oak, birch and sycamore, according to the clinic.

The daily pollen measurements are ranked according to the following scale:

0-30 = Low

31-60 = Moderate

61-120 = High

121 = Extremely High
