GNTC to hold GED graduation Oct. 4

Georgia Northwestern Technical College (GNTC) will host the 33rd annual GED® Graduation ceremony for the Polk County campus Class of 2011- 2012 at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 4 at the GNTC Polk County Campus.

Polk County adults who have earned the General Educational Development® Diploma during the 2011-2012 school years have been invited to attend with their families and guests.



GED® Graduates will participate in a traditional cap and gown ceremony. GNTC Provost Jeff King will address the graduates and present commemorative certificates, assisted by GED Chief Examiner Janice Shea.

Awards for high honors will be presented during the ceremony.



GNTC is an official General Educational Development® Testing Center and a site for computer-based GED® Testing in partnership with Pearson VUE and the Technical College System of Georgia.
