Deal says the current blood alcohol limit of .10 is too high. He says when the Legislature convenes in January, he will work with lawmakers to lower the limit to .08, the same legal limit for driving a vehicle.
Deal's comments came a day after rescuers found the body of 13-year-old Griffin Prince, who was killed along with his 9-year-old brother more than a week ago. Authorities have charged 44-year-old Paul J. Bennett of Cumming with boating under the influence in the deadly wreck.
