The following people remain in the Polk County Jail.

David Billy Cole, 35, of 1711 Callaway Drive, Rockmart, was arrested March 29 on charges of two charges of probation violation, criminal trespass and terroristic threats under the Family Violence Act (FVA).

Keenan Allen Goss, 28, of 4 East Second St., Aragon, was arrested March 30 on charges of two counts of failure to appear and probation violation.

April Charlene Jolly, 38, of 10 East Jackson St., Rockmart, was arrested March 28 on charges of obstruction and probation violation.

Misty Dawn Langley, 25, of 89 Old Vinson Mountain Road, Rockmart, was arrested March 29 on charges of failure to appear, probation violation, methamphetamine possession and driving on a suspended license.

Jimmy L. Parrott Jr., 49, of 2538 Rome Highway, Aragon, was arrested March 31 on charges of driving on a suspended license, two counts of no tag, two counts of no insurance, and driving on a suspended license.

Dustin Lee Pence, 43, of 481 Clearwater St., Rockmart, was arrested March 29 on charges of probation violation, methamphetamine possession, and contempt of court – child support.

Wynter Michelle Perry, 49, of 230 Bradford St., Cedartown, was arrested March 28 on charges of shoplifting and failure to appear.

Kenneth William Reeves Jr., 25, of 1990 Bellview Road Rockmart, was arrested March 30 on charges of probation violation, and two charges of deposit account fraud.

The following people were released from Polk County Jail.

Larry Franklin Stubbs, 24, of 431 Sciple St., Rockmart, was arrested March 27 on charges of theft by taking and probation violation.

Wesley Paul Tillery, 32, of 133 Cason Road, Cedartown, was arrested March 30 on charges of theft of services and probation violation.

Timothy John Lee Baldwin, 21, of 306 Morton Springs Road, Cedartown, was arrested March 30 on charges of hit and run, criminal trespass and reckless conduct.

Patsy Jean Bowen, 53, of 778 Antioch Road, Cedartown, was arrested March 27 on charges of loitering, public drunkenness and littering.

Jasper Jermaine Brewster, 17, of 548 Irwin St., Apt. B, Cedartown, was arrested March 29 on charges of obstruction of an officer, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and criminal trespass.

Carl Andrew Dabbs, 26, of 224 Persons Road, Cedartown, was arrested March 27 on charges of criminal trespass and prowling.

Mark Allen Davis, 39, of 320 Atlanta St., Cedartown, was arrested March 31 on a charge of battery under FVA.

Roy Lee Donaldson, 62, of 945 Shiloh Road, Cedartown, was arrested March 31 on charges of suspended registration, no insurance, DUI and expired vehicle tag or decal.

Benny Leroy Duncan, 55, of 7 Magnolia St., Aragon, was arrested March 31 on charges of felon in possession of a firearm and theft by receiving.

Freida Kay Edwards, 52, of 42 Pineforest Drive, Apt. 5, Cedartown, was arrested March 27 on a charge of aggravated stalking under FVA.

Oscar Gonzalez, 33, of 457 6th St., Cedartown, was arrested March 31 on charges of failure to maintain lane, DUI, and driving on a suspended license.

Kimberly Mae McDaniel, 25, of 458 6th St., Cedartown, was arrested March 28 on charges of excessive volume from vehicle and driving on a suspended license.

Jorge Payan, 22, of 578 East Point Road, Cedartown, was arrested March 28 on charges of four counts of contributing or furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Anna Marie Pierce, 37, of 320 Atlanta St., Cedartown, was arrested March 31 on a charge of battery.

Jimmy Lee Pilgrim, 48, of 456 South Marble St., Rockmart, was arrested March 30 on charges of theft by taking and failure to appear.

Cantress Jamille Sullivan, 30, of 1199 Lees Chapel Road, Cedartown, was arrested March 31 on charges of damage to property and aggravated assault.

April Marie Taylor, 32, of 155 Youngs Valley Road, Cedartown, was arrested March 30 on charges of failure to drive within single lane and driving on a suspended license.

Richard Wesley Thorne, 42, of 61 Ridgeview Drive, Silver Creek, was arrested March 30 on charges if DUI and open container.

Jairo Tomas, 22, of 296 4th St., Cedartown, was arrested March 31 on charges of driving unlicensed and six counts of child safety restraint.

Miguel Reynoso Vasquez, 43, of 631 West Ave., Cedartown, was arrested March 28 on a charge of driving unlicensed.
