Cedartown man victim of credit card fraud

Floyd County police are investigating an incident where Cedartown victims said someone had charged a large amount of money to their Coosa Valley Credit Union card between Sunday and Monday, according to a Floyd County police report.

According to the report:

The victims noticed an unauthorized purchase of educational systems by someone in Egypt. The amount charged to the card was $698.

No other details were disclosed in the report.

This happened to me yesterday. Very disturbing!!!! I feel violated!!!!!!!!! Someone used my card and did cash transfers to a bank in TX.
