Four men face charges after their arrests Monday in an undercover drug operation, according to the Polk County Police Department’s Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET) reports.

Reports state Samuel Ricardo Thomas, 27, of 2719 Johnson Lake Road, Cedartown, is charges with possession of more than an ounce of marijuana, marijuana possession with intent to distribute, hydrocodone possession, possession of dangerous drugs and drugs not in the original container.

Billy Eugene Brand, 31, of 1218 South Main St., Cedartown, and David Verson Brumit, 52, of 2182 Buchanan Highway, Cedartown, are charged with conspiracy to purchase marijuana and use of a communication device to facilitate a drug transaction

Kevin Lane Brumit, 23, of 3381 Steadman Road Tallapoosa GA, is charged with conspiracy to purchase marijuana.

Thomas remains in the Polk County Jail. The others have bonded out.
