Floyd opens new diabetes center in Taylorsville

Floyd Primary Care and Center for Diabetes, the office of Dr. Brad and Dr. Ann Ward, will host an open house and grand opening from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, to celebrate their new location.

The facility, which also is staffed by nurse practitioners Sarah Chapman, Dona Childers and Lauren Horn, is located at 48 Hills Creek Road in Taylorsville.

The open house and grand opening will feature facility tours, refreshments and door prizes.

Floyd Primary Care and Center for Diabetes is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
