The following is a list of events going on in and around Polk County today, Oct. 21:

1. First United Methodist Church in Cedartown will sell pumpkins until Oct. 29, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 1-7 p.m. on Sundays.

2. Rockmart Lodge #97 is hosting “Fall BBQ Plate” from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. today at the Masonic Lodge Hall on North Piedmont Avenue. The menu consists of BBQ pork, slaw, baked beans, texas toast and chips. Tickets are $6.

3. The Kiwanis Club of Cedartown meets every Friday at 12:15 p.m. at Cherokee Country Club.

4. The Cultural Arts Center Gallery, 316 North Piedmont Ave. Building 300, Rockmart,is open Fridays and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
