Marquita Lavale Alford, 21, of 129 Luther St., Cedartown, was arrested Aug. 31 on charges of kidnapping, armed robbery, motor vehicle hijacking and theft by taking. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Ronica Sue Bailey, 33, of 340 Oak Grove Road, Cedartown, was arrested Aug. 26 on charges of four counts of forgery in the first degree and four counts of theft by receiving, a parole violation and a probation violating. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Gary Eldon, 46, of 10 Stancell Drive, LayFayette, was arrested Aug. 24 on charges of pardons and parole violation and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Steven Craig Baxter, 46, of 178 West Minister Way, Dallas, was arrested Sept. 13 on charges of methamphetamine possession, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a schedule IV drug, possession of drugs not in original container, possession of firearm by a convicted felon and possession of drug-related objects. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Nancie Ann Borders, 38, of 83 Main Line Road, Rockmart, was arrested Aug. 30 on charges of failure to appear at Rockmart Intertech, and two bond drops. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Seneca Lee Buchanan, 28, of 217 Frist St., Summerville, was arrested Sept. 3 on charges of DUI and speeding. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Matthew Scott Carter, 28, of 887 Youngs Farm Road, Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 14 on charges of cocaine possession, methamphetamine possession, possession on tools for the commission of a crime, two counts of failure to appear, and roxycodone possession.

Rebecca Noel Crenshaw, 26, of 434 Cason Road, Cedartown, was arrested Aug. 26 on charges of failure to appear and bond drop. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Mariea Lee Crocker, 30, of 1871 Johnson Lake Road, Cedartown, was arrested Aug. 25 on charges of criminal trespass, simple battery under FVA and probation violation. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Reginald LaJames Davis, 29, of 566 Irwin St., Cedartown, was arrested Aug. 27 on charges of kidnapping, armed robbery, motor vehicle hijacking, theft by taking, battery on a correctional officer and obstruction. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Jeane Marie Desilva, 17, of 609 Long Ave., Rockmart, was arrested Aug 29 on charges of simple assault and aggravated stalking under FVA. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Vernon Eugene Dunn, 27, of 658 Taylorsville Road, Aragon, was arrested Aug. 29 on charges of probation violation and battery under FVA. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Danny Michael Ferguson, 57, of 201 ½ Hogue Ave., Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 15 on charges of simple battery under FVA and deposit account fraud. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Otis Dustin Ferguson, 24, of 128 Lowery Road, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 5 on charges of probation violation, criminal trespass under FVA, disorderly conduct and obstruction. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Gavin Tyrone Kinnemore, 23, of 414 Willison St., Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 17 on a charge of simple battery under FVA. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Thomas Lee Lipscomb, 28, of 5227 Buchanan Highway, Buchanan, was arrested Aug. 27 on charges of probation violation, simple battery under FVA and cruelty to children in the third degree. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Michael David Moore, 41, of 1461 Stringer Road, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 15 on charges of simple battery, simple assault and cruelty to children in the third degree, all under FVA. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Brandi Nicole Mullins, 22, of 2565 Cartersville Highway, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 17 on a charge of simple battery under FVA. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Jimmy Lloyd Parrott Jr., 48, of 190 Cashtown Road, Aragon, was arrested Sept. 11 on a probation violation and criminal damage to property in the second degree. He is in the Polk County Jail on hold for Tennessee officials.

Michael Todd Payne, 46, of 54 Wimberley Hill Loop, Cedartown, was arrested Aug. 24 on charges of burglary, theft by taking, criminal trespass and probation violation. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Deven Brady Peace, 17, of 365 5th St., Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 16 on charges of aggravated assault, armed robbery, burglary and false imprisonment. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

William Scott Reeves, 43, of 215.5 Charles St., Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 1 on charges of cocaine possession, failure to use turn signal, failure to use turn signal while changing lanes and probation violation. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Gerald Samuel Robertson, 42, of 3536 American Ave., Rockmart, was arrested Aug. 1 on charges of DUI, failure to drive in a single lane and leaving the scene of an accident. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Louie Dan Sherman, 38, of 26 Hill St., Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 3 on charges of two counts of failure to appear and three counts of bond drop. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Kelly Glenn Sorrells, 30, of 718 Bellview Road, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 5 on charges of amphetamine possession and possession of drug-related objects. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Sharon Denine Wilson, 39, of 112 Pearl St., Apt. #5, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 9 on charges of reckless conduct and furnishing alcohol to a person under 21. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Ryan Lee Worthy, 39, of 210 Laurel Place, Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 15 on charges of roxycodone possession, methamphetamine possession, cocaine possession, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, failure to appear and terroristic threats and acts. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Christopher Shernard Adams, 25, of 480 W. Jule Peek St., Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 11 on charges of false imprisonment, interference with a 911 call and simple battery. He was released on a property bond.

Amine Amich, 26, of 495 Sewell Road, Aragon, was arrested Aug. 29 on charges of driving a motorbike without a helmet and no driver’s license. He was released per the request of the Aragon Police Department.

Anzili Katrina Angeles Martinz, 22, of 203 Central St., Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 9 on charges of speeding, driving without a license and headlights. She was released.

Lisa Diane Ballew, 46, of 18 East 3rd St., Aragon, was arrested Sept. 17 on charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of schedule III narcotics. The charges have been dismissed by Judge Jean Crane.

Jimmy Phillip Beck, 19, of 2 Lee St., Carve Spring, was arrested Sept. 9 on charges of driving unlicensed and no seatbelt. He was released on a property bond.

Patricia Lynn Reeves, 38, of 112 Pearl St., Apt. #5, was arrested Sept. 9 on charges of reckless conduct and furnishing alcohol to an underaged person. She was released per the request of the Rockmart Police Department.

Alex Tyrone Smith, 24, of 2006 Flannery St., Rome, was arrested Aug. 26 on charges of shoplifting and drug possession. He was released on a property bond.

Charles Everett Smith, 64, of 323 4th St., Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 8 on charges of aggravated assault, pointing or aiming a gun or pistol, simple assault and cruelty to children. He was released on a property bond.

Willie Clifford Smith, 47, of 70 Benedict Road, Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 3 on charges of drug possession, drugs to be kept in original container and seat belt law. He was released on a property bond.

John Matthew Spencer, 25, of 135 Old Cartersville Road, Rockmart, was arrested Aug. 30 on charges of theft by receiving stolen property. He was released on a property bond.

Amber Nicole Spiller, 23, of 221 11th St., Trion, was arrested Sept. 11 on charges of taillight requirement and DUI. She was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Gregory Keith Stegall, 44, of 1969 Tolbert Town Road, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 3 on charges of speeding, windshield glazing violation, fleeing or attempting to elude, failure to stop at stop sign, failure to drive in a single lane, reckless driving and too fast for conditions. He was released on a property bond.

Stephen Michael Stroup, 20, of 203 Levi Patterson Road, Tallapoosa, was arrested Sept. 17 on charges of disorderly conduct and theft by shoplifting. He has since been released.

Jeff William Swift, 48, of 891 Bellview Road, Rockmart, was arrested Aug. 27 on a charge of deposit account fraud. He was released on a cash bond.

Jonathan Antonio Talley, 21, of 1889 Silver Creek Drive, Austell, was arrested Aug. 29 on charges of driving on a suspended license and speeding. He was released per the request of the Aragon Police Department.

Josie Lynn Tant, 38, of 1937 Goldmine Road, Dallas, was arrested Sept. 3 on charges of obstruction, no tag light, drugs to be kept in original container, expired tag, and two counts of possession of narcotics. She was released on a property bond.

Omar Lamont Walker, 33, of 420 Pace St., Cedartown, was arrested Sug. 27 on charges of battery and terroristic threats and acts under FVA. He was released on a property bond.

Casey Mack Ware Sr., 37, of 135 Gordon St., Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 13 on charges of aggravated stalking, terroristic threats and acts and cruelty to children. He was released on a property bond.

Jacob Edward Watson, 25, of 15 Jaycee Road, Rockmart, was arrested Sept. 11 on charges of driving unlicensed and driving in violation of conditions of a license. He was released on a property bond.

Trent Lee Watson, 26, of 2416 Culp Lake Road, Cedartown, was arrested Aug. 30 on a charge of burglary. He was released on a property bond.

Roger Carter Weems, 25, of 2361 Cedartown Road, Lindale, was arrested Sept. 2 on charges of three counts of first-degree forgery and three counts of theft by receiving stolen property. He was released on a property bond.

Bobby Eugene Wigley, 31, of 504 Franklin St., Rockmart, was arrested Aug. 25 on charges of two counts of simple battery and simple assault, with two of those under FVA, two counts cruelty to children. He was released on a property bond.

David Franklin Williams, 30, of 391 Wade Road, Taylorsville, was arrested Aug. 29 on a charge of first-degree forgery. He was released on a property bond.

Charles Allen Williams Jr., 25, of 116 Hicksville Road, Rockmart, was arrested Aug. 24 on charges of burglary, theft by taking and criminal trespass. He was released on a property bond. This follows an arrest on Sept. 17 on theft by taking and shoplifting. He had been released on property bond on those charges.

Terry Dewayne Williams Jr. 27, of 9 Pine St., Aragon, was arrested on charges of theft by deception, theft of motor vehicle, first-degree forgery and criminal trespass. He was released on a property bond.

Matthew John Wills, 22, of 23 14 Collard Valley Road, Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 12 on charges of seat belt law and possession of marijuana. He was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Randy Lamar Wolfe, 55, of 389 Lakeview Road, Rockmart, was arrested Aug. 26, on charges of obstruction and marijuana possession. He was released on a cash bond.

Deirdra Renae Wood, 43, of 1845 Rockmart Highway, Cedartown, was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of seat belt, three counts of drug possession and possession of tools for the commission of a crime. She was released on a property bond.

Kerry Wood, 23, of 239 Felton Rockmart Road, Buchanan, was arrested Sept. 18 on a charge of deposit account fraud. He was released on a cash bond.

Mae Leigh Woods, 27, of 675 Pearidge Road, Rockmart, was arrested Aug. 24 on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon. She was released on a property bond.
