Dr. Garcia earned his doctoral degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Ft. Lauderdale-Davie, Fla. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southwestern State University, Americus. In addition, Dr. Garcia is a graduate of the Floyd Family Medicine Residency program.
A member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians, Dr. Garcia resides in Rome with his wife Diana and two sons, Nathan and Caleb.
