In his new role, Dr. Delgado will be providing comprehensive family care including evaluating, diagnosing and treating patients of all ages from infants to adults.
Dr. Delgado has worked in healthcare for 15 years and previously worked as a Family Care Physician in Clare, Michigan. He earned his medical degree at De La Salle University of Cavite where he also completed an internship and practiced as a family physician for several years. He then completed a residency in family practice at Guthrie-Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania.
As a new member of the Redmond Regional medical staff, Dr. Delgado says “There is so much potential of what you can do with family practice. There’s an advantage to seeing the whole family from the most simple skin lesion to the most complicated congestive heart failure. That is what comprehensive family care is all about.”
Outside of work, Dr. Delgado enjoys biking, running, painting, fishing and cinema. He also is an active church member. Dr. Delgado and his wife, Maribel, have two children. They reside in Rome, Ga.
