Polk County Farm Bureau to hold health screenings at First Baptist Church July 20

Polk County Farm Bureau and First Baptist Church of Cedartown will hold screenings to detect strokes, abdominal aortic aneurysms, peripheral arterial disease and osteoporosis on Wednesday, July 20, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The screenings will be held at First Baptist Church, 144 Essex St. in Cedartown. Each of the four screenings cost $45. Georgia Farm Bureau members can receive all four for $99, members of the community can receive all four for $125. Appointments are necessary. Call toll free 1-877-732-8258 to set up an appointment.
