A Cedartown man was arrested Thursday, May 5, in relation to a November 2008 drunken driving incident where he injured two passengers during a wreck, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail reports:

Jose Misael Juarez-Perez, 36, 463 Sixth St., was charged with felony serious injury by vehicle. Police said he was driving drunk and caused a wreck. Two passengers were ejected and injured.
