The following events are happening Thursday, May 5 in Polk County:

  1. The Cedartown Walmart located on Hwy. 27 is having a Mother's Day gift basket celebration. Customers can design and purchase custom gift baskets at special stations between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. today through Saturday May 7.
