Jonathan Keith Frye, 30, of 2134 Cedartown Highway, Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act (FVA), criminal damage to property in the second degree and simple assault under FVA.

Waylon Mitch Jacobs, 30, of 1917 Bellview Road, Rockmart, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of driving while license is withdrawn, giving false information, and obstruction.

Brook Daniell Perez, 18, of 849 Winndale Road, Dallas, was arrested Feb. 8 on a charge of simple battery under FVA. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Elizabeth Jill Pickett, 34, of 97 Grover Road, Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 8 on a charge of driving on a withdrawn license. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

April Lynn Womack, 25, of 1981 Rockmart Highway, Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of two counts of party to a crime. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

David Reyes-Barrera, 24, of 68 Franklin St., Cedartown was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of driving while unlicensed and having blue lights on her vehicle. She was released on a property bond.

David Scott Rice, 28, of 268 McKibbon Rd., Buchanan, was arrested Feb. 7 on charges of simple batter under FVA an obstruction. He was released on his own recognizance.

Tony Lee Brown, 37, of Old Cedartown Road, Rockmart, was arrested Feb. 7 on charges of probation violation, entering an auto with intent of felony, and two charges of theft by taking. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Jerome Alexander, 54, of 823 Forrest Ave., Rockmart, was arrested Feb. 7 on a charge of theft by deception. He was released on a property bond.

Gregory Lee Law, 35, of 664 Good Year St., Rockmart, was arrested Feb. 7 on a charge of battery. He was released on a property bond.

Steven Anthony Durden, 26, of 11062 Shadowcreek Terrace, Hampton, was arrested Feb. 6 on charges of marijuana possession, giving false information, drug abandonment, obstruction, escape, and theft by taking. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

James Lee Woodrow, 41, of 4014 Third Ave., Rockmart, was arrested Feb. 6 on charges of simple assault under FVA and aggravated stalking. He remains in the Polk County Jail. He was also arrested Jan. 30 on charges of burglary and public drunkenness. Woodrow has been released on those charges when he was arrested again on the current charges.

Bobbi Jo Fortune, 45, of 7385 Highway 27, Buchanan, was arrested Feb. 6 on charges of giving false information and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. She was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Lauren Renee Frazier, 18, of 800 Piedmont Highway, Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 6 on charges of marijuana possession and possession of drug-related objects. She was released on a property bond.

Tabitha Gail Dooley, 32, of 840 Fairview Road, Apt. 22, Rockmart, was arrested Feb. 6 on a charge of deposit account fraud. She was released per court order.

Mattie Mae Wilkerson, 46, of 306 Irwin St., Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 6 on a charge of battery. She was released on a property bond.

Mark Jason Zukowiski, 37, of 19 Old Vinson Mountain Road, Rockmart, was arrested Feb. 6 on charges of cruelty to children and simple battery. He has since been released.

Aaron Stroup Jr., 56, of 12 Lee Street, Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 5 on charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and failure to appear in Cedartown Municipal Court. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Jackie Lamar Cope, 48, of 994 6th St., Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 5 on a charge of DUI. He has since been released.

Gabriel Demon Diamond, 29, of 329 Noyes St., Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 5 on a charge of battery. She was released on a property bond.

Robert Gonzales, 25, of 239 3rd St., Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 5 on charges of driving while tag is suspended, expired vehicle tag or decal, window tint violation, affixing a license plate to conceal and driving unlicensed. He was released on property bond.

Fransisco Miquel Jimenez, 26, of 527 Melba St., Trion, was arrested Feb. 5 on charges of driving without a license, failure to drive within single lane and too fast for conditions. He was released on a property bond.

Zachary Tyler Davenport, 24, of 634 Georgia Ave., Lot 109, Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 4 on charges of conspiracy to purchase crack cocaine and use of a communication device to purchase illegal substance. He was released on a property bond.

Jamie Michelle Tudor, 32, of 904 Russell St., Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 4 on charges of cocaine possession, possession of more than one ounce of marijuana, cocaine possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug-related objects. She was released on a property bond.

Monterica Larance Cook, 34, of 52 Potash Road, Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 4 on charges of marijuana possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug-related object, cocaine possession, marijuana possession of more than one ounce, and cocaine possession with intent to distribute. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

William Scott Couch, 45, of 419 McKibben St., Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 4 on charges of probation violation and conspiracy to purchase cocaine. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Buddy DeWayne Kelley, 43, of 10 East Jackson St., Rockmart, was arrested Feb. 4 on charges of speeding, fleeing or attempting to elude, driving on a revoked license and DUI. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Anibal Aguilar-Sales, 21, of 616 College Drive, Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 3 on charges of driving without a license and following too closely. He was released on a property bond.

Joshua David Pike, 27, of 176 Hampton Road, Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 2 on charges of probation violation, three charges of theft by receiving stolen property, affixing a tag to conceal or misrepresent, fleeing or attempting to elude, obstruction and loitering and prowling. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Daniel Ronald Gamel, 35, of 704 Park Place, Apt. 704, Rockmart, was arrested Feb. 2 on charges of cruelty to children and simple battery. He was released on a property bond.

Lee Allen Shadron, 46, of 380 South Piedmont Ave., Rockmart, was arrested Feb. 2 on a charge of simple assault under the FVA. He was released on a property bond.

Alex Lamar Poole, 19, of 2027 First Ave., Rockmart, was arrested Feb. 1 on charges of loitering and prowling, three counts of theft by receiving stolen property and obstruction. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Nicholas Ray Jones, 17, of 1001 Rock St., Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 1 on charges of criminal trespass, theft by taking and bond drop. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Lindsey Anne Dutton, 19, of 645 Blance Road, Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 1 on charges of loitering and prowling, three counts of theft by receiving stolen property and obstruction. He was released on a property bond.

Christopher Van Hulsey, 38, of 867 Wimberly Hill Road, Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 1 on two charges of party to a crime. He was released on a property bond.

Nelson Eugene Hulsey, 34, of 41 New Harmony Road, Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 1 on two charges of distribution of a narcotic. He was released on a property bond.

Ramona Ann Newman, 53, of 12 Lee St., Cedartown, was arrested Feb. 1 on a charge of aggravated assault. She was released on a property bond.

Emmanual Maurice Smith, 24, of 1211 Old Cedartown Road, Rockmart, was arrested Feb. 1 on a charge of battery. He has since been released.

Noe Vicente-Ramos, 22, of 1319 McKibbon St., Cedartown, was arrested Jan. 31 on a charge of driving without a license. He was released on a property bond.

Benita Dawn Folsom, 47, of 83 Morton Place, Cedartown, was arrested Jan. 31 on charges of theft by receiving stolen property and obstruction. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Ladon Shericko Ware, 26, of 1319 McKibbon St., Cedartown, was arrested Jan. 31 on charges of simple battery and cruelty to children, both under FVA, and probation violation. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Kimberly Ann Housen, 26, of 1319 McKibbon St., Cedartown, was arrested Jan. 31 on charges of simple battery and cruelty to children. She was released on a property bond.

Jorge Ramon Juarez, 29, of 575 Mann Road, Rockmart, was arrested Jan. 31 on charges of following too closely and driving on a withdrawn license. He was released on a property bond.

Ricky William Lee, 49, of 173 New Prospect Road, Aragon, was arrested Jan. 30 on charges of aggravated assault, simple battery and cruelty to children in the third degree, all under FVA, and obstruction. He was released on a property bond.

Augusto Vasquez, 36, of 504 7th St., Cedartown, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of driving without a license and giving false information. He was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

George Luis Vega, 44, of 105 Lofty Pine Lane, Rockmart, was arrested Jan. 28 on a charge of theft by shoplifting. He was released on a property bond.

Edward Armstrong Jr., 29, of 72 Masscell Dr., Cartersville, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of suspended registration, driving on a suspended license and no insurance. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Samantha Renee Smith, 20, of 116 Alexander Court, Cedartown, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of burglary, party to a crime, and criminal damage to property. She was released on a property bond.

Jasmond Rayshaun Lester, 29, of 412 Coahulla Creek Dr., Dalton, was arrested Jan. 28 on two charges of probation violation. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Amanda Renee Reed, 34, of 110 Ohio Drive, Rome, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of contempt of court-child support and bond drop. She was released after the warrant was recalled.

Wesley Paul Tillery, 30, of 433 Cason Road, Cedartown, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, driving while license is withdrawn and failure to drive within a single lane. He was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Carlos Porfirio Esteba Chavez, 50, of 634 Georgia Ave., Cedartown, was arrested Jan. 28 on failure to drive within single lane and driving without a license. He was released on a property bond.

Elizabeth Gean Smith, 49, of 294 Wheeler Ford Road, Rockmart, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of possession of hyndrocodone, methamphetamine possession, methadone possession, possession of Valium and drugs to be kept in original container. She was released on a property bond.

James Richard Johnson, 45, of 211 Morton Springs Road, Cedartown, was arrested Jan. 27 on charges of obstruction, possession of arms by a convicted felons and first offender probation, possession of firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, methamphetamine possession, possession of drug-related objects, five counts of theft by receiving stolen property, and probation violation. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Trey Edward Caldwell, 39, of 65 Collins Road, Cedartown, was arrested Jan. 27 on charges of DUI/alcohol, DUI/drugs, and failure to drive within a single lane, reckless driving, open container and adult seat belt restraint violation. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Jerry Lee Addison, 62, of 4579 Collard Valley Road, Aragon, was arrested Jan. 27 on a charge of battery. He was released on a property bond.
