Victoria Lynn Burns, 19, of 125 Hogue Ave., Rockmart, was arrested Dec. 13 on charges of driving without a license, expired vehicle tag or decal, and no proof of insurance. She was released by the Aragon Police Department.

Donald Jerry Baker, 63, of 2517 Buchanan Highway, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 13 on charges of simple assault, criminal trespass, discharging firearm under the influence, possession of firearms by a convicted felon, and commission of a crime by a convicted felon. He was released after the warrant was withdrawn.

Wendy Miranda Hammonds, 26, of 452 Sixth St., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 13 on charges of contempt court-child support and simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Michael Eli Locklear, 36, of 50 Cashtown Loop Road, Aragon, was arrested Dec. 13 on a charge of aggravated stalking under FVA. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Anthony Dewayne Murphy, 39, of 622 Woodland Road, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 12 on charges of simple assault, criminal trespass, and giving false information. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Bradley William Ingle, 45, of 3194 Vickery Drive, Marietta, was arrested Dec. 12 on charges of criminal trespass and theft by taking. He was released on a property bond.

William Brian Ingle, 67, of 59 Ridgeport Road, Lake Wylie, S.C., was arrested Dec. 12 on charges of criminal trespass and theft by taking. He was released on a property bond.

Frank Kenyatta Nelson, 46, of 806 Oak Lane, Villa Rica, was arrested Dec. 12 on charges of DUI, and failure to drive within single lane. He was released on a cash bond.

Cecilio Mejia Perez, 26, of 634 Georgia Ave., Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 12 on charges of public drunkenness and open container. He has since been released.

Aaron Cason Tubb, 24, of 12 Knight Drive, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 12 on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and failure to maintain lane. He was released on a property bond.

Lacretia Dyoka Boozer, 42, of 120 Evergreen Lane, Cedartown, was arrested Dec. 4 on a charge of theft by shoplifting. She was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Ronald Lee Dutton, 48, of 512 Country Road 114, Cedar Bluff, Ala., was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of open container in vehicle, failure to maintain lane, DUI, and driving with license withdrawn. He was released per the request of the Rockmart Police Department.
